iMACS - Copy a Quote

How to copy an existing Quote in iMACS.

Introduction

A quote can be created by adding a new quote to the system or copying an existing quote. Both options can be found on the search bar in the Quote search menu (located under the Quote Log tab on the upper navigation bar).

 

Copy Quote

The Copy Quote feature is very useful when multiple bidders are competing for the same project. The capability to replicate the quote based on the end user’s specs, and change the customer information to represent the various contractors is a real timesaver. 

There are multiple ways to search for a quote, including PSQ Quote Number, Project Number and Project name.
