iMACS - Quote Statuses

About Quote statuses in iMACS.

Introduction

The iMACS Quote Log supports the various stages of the sales cycle – from Lead to Close. iMACS’ flexibility allows the user to adjust the status of the Quote at any time during the process. 

The table below illustrates iMACS' capabilities for each stage of the sales cycle. For instance, if the Quote is ‘Lost’, iMACS presents a field to enter the reason it was Lost.

If the Quote is WON, there’s an option to ‘Create Project’, which will import all of the data from the Quote into the project, saving the user time and effort. 

As you move the iMACS Quote through the sales funnel, the Lead/Opportunity in SalesLink is updated to reflect the iMACS status. As is the revenue and the Probability of Closing.
