Equipment CRM - Updates to Batch Leads

The Add Batch Leads function in Equipment CRM (SalesLink - Executive) has been updated with new fields and additional functionality, making it easier than ever to create leads in bulk!

The Campaign Batch Leads page has been enhanced with additional fields and updated assignment behavior.

  1. The following new fields for lead creation have been added:
    1. Branch
    2. Product Details (based on the selected Type):
      1. Sales: Family, Make
      2. Service: Category, Make
      3. Parts: Commodity, Make
      4. Rent: Family, Make
    3. Estimated Order Date
  2. Updated the Assigned to dropdown to include all rep types available in the selected division.
  3. When creating a lead with Make = Caterpillar and PSE Type Mapping enabled, the PSE Type will be automatically populated based on the mapping.
  4. If the selected rep type is not available for the customer/prospect, the lead will be created as unassigned.

Resolved an issue in which equipment sales values were occasionally not displayed correctly in the EQ (Vol) totals on the Customer Profile.
