Description

TR-7885

Resolved an issue in which the user would only be prompted to select 1 Product when converting a Reservation containing multiple Products of the same Group to a Contract.

Resolved an issue in which the Export to Excel button on the Work Order Performance List page was occasionally unresponsive.

Resolved an issue affecting the Work Order Performance List page in which filtering by Date was occasionally ineffective.

TR-7837

Removed the "Error synchronizing work order" tooltip that would erroneously appear when hovering over a row on the Work Order Performance List page.

Resolved an issue affecting the Mechanic Performance page in which filtering by the Mechanic column would occasionally be ineffective.

Custom fields will no longer be displayed by default on the Work Order List page.

Resolved an issue affecting the Work Order List page and Work Order History tab of the Asset Details page in which the Repair Code column would occasionally be blank.

Resolved an issue in which users without the necessary permissions were able to delete Parts linked to Purchase Orders from Work Orders.

If a Part on a Work Order is linked to a Purchase Order and the user does not have the "Work Order Line Linked to Purchase Order Line" Deletion permission, the Delete button for that Part will now be hidden.

Description

TR-7694

Resolved an issue in which making changes to an Inspection form in Service, Rental, and Financials (Classic) would cause a "Work Order Sync Error" to occur whenever a Work Order including that form was completed in Service Management Mobile.

The Service Management Mobile user will now be informed upon submission that an Inspection form has been changed, and will have the opportunity to reload the Work Order and complete the updated form.

TM-4059

Customer eSignatures will no longer be cleared following a Work Order Sync Error.
