Selecting Default Email Address When Sending Emails

How to select the default Email address when sending emails from Android and iPhone.

Changing default email address on iPhone:

  1. Go to iPhone settings.
  2. Select the Mail app.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select Default Account.
  4. Select the desired email address as default for sending emails.

Changing default email address on Android:

  1. When sending an email out of Field Service Tracker you will be prompted to select whichever email you'd like to use. Make sure to select whichever email you intend to use for the future and check the remember my choice box before proceeding.
  2. Field Service Tracker will now default to whichever choice you have selected.
