Release Highlights 

Service, Rental, and Financials Product Renaming is Coming!

Over the past couple of months, Texada has been introducing a new naming scheme for its Service, Rental, and Financials suite, including the products formerly known as Texada SRM, Web, Mobile, and GateWay.

As of this release, these renaming changes will begin to appear in-product. Our goal is bring all Service, Rental, and Financials products into the new naming scheme by June 2nd, 2026.

Rental Management Mobile - Display Delivery Pictures During Pickup

New functionality is coming to Rental Management Mobile! With this update, Inspection photos taken when an Asset was delivered will be displayed next to their corresponding pictures when that same Asset is picked up.

This small change has a huge impact, as delivery drivers will now be able to effortlessly compare an asset’s condition before and after the rental period, making it easier than ever to spot new damage.

Description

TR-8048

The behavior of the Asset List page and Digital Rental Board has been updated.

  • Current filters, ordering, and search terms will now be preserved when transitioning from the Asset List to the Rental Board.
  • Resolved an issue affecting the Rental Board in which swapping views via the "Select View" drop-down was occasionally not functioning correctly.
  • Resolved an issue affecting the Dashboard Console in which selecting a view from Saved Views then clicking the "Launch Rental Board" button would occasionally fail to launch the Rental Board with the correct view.
  • It is now possible to launch the Rental Board from the Dashboard Console without selecting a view first.

A "Microsoft Email" option has been added to the Emails tab of the Company Settings screen, allowing Service, Rental, and Financials (Next) to be configured to send system emails using Microsoft OAuth 2.0.

It is now possible to add a Sales item with a Qty On Hand of 0 to a Work Order Estimate.

Resolved an issue affecting the Create Contract screen in which adjusting the Contract's rental period would occasionally cause the Total prices of Products under the Products tab to be incorrect.
