How to Open Multiple Sessions in Service, Rental, and Financials

If you need to log in to different Tenant IDs at the same time, we recommend using separate Chrome profiles.

Each Chrome profile keeps its own login session. This helps stop one Tenant ID from logging out or interfering with another Tenant ID.

Steps to create a new Chrome profile:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Click Add or Add new profile.
  4. Enter a name for the profile, such as Tenant 2 or Second Session.
  5. Choose a profile colour or icon.
  6. Click Done.

A new Chrome window will open for that profile.

  1. In the new Chrome profile window, go to: app.texadasoftware.com
  2. Then log in with the other Tenant ID.

You can repeat these steps if you need to open more sessions for other Tenant IDs.
