Description

TR-8444

Resolved an issue in which it was occasionally possible to create a Work Order without selecting a value for a required custom field.

TR-8443

Resolved an issue preventing document history from being correctly generated for Contracts, Reservations, and Quotes.

TR-8427

Resolved an issue affecting the Ticket Details screen in which the "Closed By" field would occasionally display "N/A" instead of the name of the user who closed the Ticket.

Resolved an issue that would occasionally cause the application to load indefinitely when converting a Quote to a Reservation.

TR-8395

Resolved an issue in which attempting to convert a Quote to a Reservation directly from the Quote List page would result in a "Product is currently unavailable" error if the Quote contained both rental and sales Products.

It is no longer possible to close internal Work Orders including a deposit in Service Management (Next). This aligns with existing behavior in Service Management (Classic).

  • Resolved an issue in which signing a Quote was occasionally not captured under that Quote's Document History.
  • Resolved an issue in which the "Quote has been signed successfully!" message that appears after signing a Quote would not be dismissed over time, and would persist even after navigating away from the Quote Details page.
