2026.0716 Service, Rental and Financials Product Updates

These notes address new features and code fixes for version 2026.0716 of Service, Rental and Financials.

Ticket #	Description
TR-8612	The "Quantity can not be more than 1 on a bulk item" error message that appears after adding a non-bulk item with a quantity greater than 1 to a Quote has been updated to read "Quantity can not be more than 1 on a non-bulk item" as expected. It is no longer possible to create a Quote containing a non-bulk item with a quantity greater than 1.
TR-8462	Resolved an issue in which assigning or unassigning a Driver to or from a Ticket via the import process for Wise-integrated companies would occasionally fail to update that ticket's status.
TR-8460	The Task Tickets feature has been restored for companies with Wise integration enabled.
TR-8280	The error messaging that appears when attempting to save a Quote with no Products has been updated to match the messaging used in the Contracts module.
