2026.0827 Service, Rental and Financials Product Updates

These notes address new features and code fixes for version 2026.0827 of Service, Rental and Financials.

TR-8554	Resolved an issue affecting Quote, Reservation, and Contract creation in which setting an Asset's rate to 0 then adding a Service would cause the Asset's rate to revert back to the default.
TR-8328	Resolved the "Invalid Employee/Service Code" error that would occasionally occur when adding Labor to a Work Order while the "Post Operator Labor To General Ledger" parameter was enabled in Service, Rental, and Financials (Classic).
TR-8616	Resolved an issue in which closed or fully paid Cash Customer Contracts would occasionally prompt the user for an additional deposit when viewed.
TR-8691	Resolved an issue affecting the Reservation List screen in which the three dot menu containing the "Convert to Contract" button would occasionally fail to appear when using a custom list view.
TR-8753	It is now possible to edit the line-item descriptions of Products added to Contracts, Reservations, and Quotes.
TR-8827	Resolved the “01: Only 1 Tax code provided" error that would occasionally occur when adding a Service Fee to a Work Order.
TR-8828	Resolved an issue in which system-generated maintenance Work Orders created in Service Management (Classic) would occasionally fail to assign the Customer's primary technician to the Work Order in (Next).
TR-8842	Resolved an issue affecting the Work Order details page in which Attachments would occasionally appear multiple times.

Ticket #	Platform	Description
TM-4579	Android	The Schedule now shows the completion time for completed Work Orders instead of the start time. This behavior matches the iOS version of the application.
TM-4584	iOS	Resolved an issue affecting Delivery / Pickup Ticket processing in which the text on the "Unload Assets" button would occasionally not be visible.
TM-4592	iOS	Resolved an issue in which multiple "Complete" buttons would occasionally appear on the Reservation item detail screen.
TM-4623	iOS	Resolved an issue affecting Work Orders in which changing the value of a user-defined field then remaining on the same screen for an extended period of time would occasionally cause the field to revert to its previous value.
