Change Contract Dates in SRM
It may be necessary to modify the Date Out/Date Due settings on a contract.
Although you can change the dates in the Contract Header ( first screen), the dates on the Product Details ( second screen ) are not automatically updated and must be modified manually.
If there are more than a few products on the contract, that task could require a lot if time.
Use the following utility:
Utilities Menu -> Counter -> Update Rental Periods -> Change Contract Date Out/Date Due
The dates displayed on the screen are the dates from the Contract header, rather than from the product details. However the dates on both the header and also on each of the eligible outstanding details will be updated.
