Introduction

The E-Commerce Customer Access Portal provides customers of rental and service companies with powerful self-service tools, including the ability to review open, overdue, and closed rentals, register equipment and submit service requests, and pay and print invoices.

The following article will describe how to log in and out of the Customer Access Portal. 

Log In

In order to log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, you will need to register an account. See “Register for the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal” for more information.

 

To log in to the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, follow the steps below.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the website of the rental company to which you’d like to log in.
  2. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Sign In”. Note that the appearance and location of these options may differ between organizations.
  3. Enter your email address and password, then click “Log In”.
  4. Upon a successful login, you will be automatically redirected to the Customer Access Portal dashboard.

Log Out

To log out from the E-Commerce Customer Access Portal, follow the steps below. For security reasons, it is recommended to log out whenever you are finished working.

  1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen, then select “Logout”.
  2. Upon a successful log out, you will be returned to the sign in page.
