About the GateWay HubSpot Integration
Provides a conceptual overview of the support ticket integration between GateWay and HubSpot.
Introduction
The GateWay HubSpot integration enables users in GateWay and HubSpot to create and view support tickets for their company in either application. The ticket information syncs between applications in real-time, so it is always up-to-date.
Use the integration when you need to provide your customers with the ability to view the HubSpot support tickets related to your company in GateWay. This provides a convenient way for your customers to stay in touch with you and for you to provide quick, efficient service to them.
Ticket information
The following support ticket information syncs from HubSpot and is available in GateWay:
- Ticket ID/Number
- Ticket Description
- Ticket Name
- Pipeline Name
- Ticket Status
- Create Date
- Last Activity Date
- Last Modified Date
- Email details
- Attachments
Access control
In GateWay, you are able to control which types of users are able to view HubSpot support tickets. You can use this functionality to ensure that your customers are able to see their own tickets but other users, such as your salespeople, cannot. Having access control ensures your users are only working with the information and functions they need.
