Service Agreement Quoting: Additional Personalization for Equipment Defaults
New personalization options have been added to Service Agreement Quoting! These options allow you to set a number of default values for quote creation.
Personalize
To access the new personalization options, open Service Agreement Quoting, then click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. This will open the Personalize page, where you can edit a number of settings for your user.
The following fields have been added to this page:
- Expires By
- Default Contract Type
- Default Package
- Default Contract Length Months
- Default Contract Length SMU
- Create Quote with Auto Customer Search
- Create Quote with Auto Equipment Search
Edit these fields as desired, then click “SAVE” to save your changes. The values selected on this screen will be used to set the Equipment Defaults on the Quote creation screen:
