Condition Monitoring Portal: Assign a Case to an Existing Lead
This feature is not configurable and is available to all CloudLink users.
It is now possible to assign a case to an existing lead in the Texada Condition Monitoring Portal. This feature allows you to easily link a case to a lead instead of creating a new lead.
Assign a Case to an Existing Lead
To access this feature, log in to the Condition Monitoring Portal, then either create a new case or open the details of a case that has not yet been assigned to a lead. A new “Assign To Existing Lead” button will be visible next to the “Create New Lead” button. Click it to display a list of existing leads for that customer.
Once you have located the lead to which you want to assign your case, click on it to select it, then click “Assign to Existing Lead” in the top-right corner of the window.
You will now have the option of filling out the lead’s details, just as you would when creating a new lead. Once you are satisfied with the lead’s details, click “Assign Lead” in the top-right corner of the window. You will receive the following success message to let you know that your case has been assigned to the lead.
