Project Details - Project Information
An overview of the Project Information screen in Power Systems Projects.

Introduction
The Project Information page consists of 4 tabs – Project Information, Customer Information, Project Files, and Project Schedule.
Project Information
The Project Information tab includes summary information about the project, including the project number and name, customer name, and credit information. To edit the information, click the Edit button. After the information has been updated, click the Save button.

Note: Information on any project or stock number can only be changed if the status of the project or stock is “In Progress” or “Pending.”
Customer Information
The Customer Information tab shows information from DBS for the customer of the current project. The customer can be changed in the Project Information tab.
The customer address, division details and influencer can be changed by selecting the Edit button in the specific area. If using a DBS customer, the request is sent to the gatekeeper to make the changes in DBS, which will be reflected in the system the next day.

Project Files
With every new project, iMACS automatically creates a set of standard folders on your organization’s network to store all files related to that project. The Project Files area lets you quickly open and browse those folders in Windows Explorer so you can save documents there and access them later via the folder and file links shown in iMACS. Note that you’ll need the appropriate application installed on your computer to open a given file.
To open the one of the files, simply click on the file’s name.

Project Schedule
Click the Edit button to add meeting dates at the Project Level. There is another Project Schedule screen on the stock number with many more fields to capture important events.
