CVA Contract Configuration
An overview of the CVA Contract Configuration page in Service Agreement Quoter.
Quick Reference
- The CVA Contract Configuration page allows you to manage default field values for CVA Contracts. To access this page, navigate to the Admin section of SAQ (click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen), then select “CVA Contract Configuration” from the left navigation menu.
- Click on a field’s default value in the Value column to select or enter a new default value.
- Check the Allow Manual Override checkbox for a field to allow Users filling out CVA Contracts to manually override that field’s default value. Uncheck this checkbox to prevent Users from overriding the default value.
- Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes.
Introduction
The CVA Contract Configuration page allows you to manage default field values for CVA Contracts.
To access this page, navigate to the Admin section of SAQ (click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen), then select “CVA Contract Configuration” from the left navigation menu.
CVA Contract Configuration
- Save Button
Click to save your changes. This button will be disabled if there are any required fields that do not have a default value selected. - CVA Contract Configuration Table
This table contains a list of available CVA Contract configurations. Click on a column header to sort the table by that column. Click and drag the column headers to change the order of columns. - Clear Field Button
Click the “X” icon to clear the current default value. - Field Options Drop-Down
For fields with selectable values, click the down arrow to view a list of possible default values. You can also accomplish this by clicking on the value itself. Click on a value to set it as the default for that field. - Allow Manual Override Checkbox
Check this checkbox to allow Users filling out CVA Contracts to manually override the default value. Uncheck this checkbox to prevent Users from overriding the default value.
CVA Contract Configuration Table - Columns
The CVA Contract Configuration table comprises the following columns:
- Field: The field’s name.
- Value: The field’s current default value. Some default values can be entered manually, while others can be selected out of a list of possible values.
- Allow Manual Override: Contains the Allow Manual Override checkbox.
- Description: A description of the field’s significance and where it is used in the system.
