An overview of the Revision Document subscreen of the Quote Details screen.
Quick Reference
- When building out a Quote in SAQ, it is possible to create multiple Revisions (versions) of the same Quote and edit each Revision independently. Each Revision comes with its own Revision Document screen, where you can manage the external documents attached to that Revision. To reach this page, select “Document” in the left navigation menu when viewing the Revision in question.
- Click the “Create PDF” button in the top-right corner of the screen to generate and download a CVA Contract Quote Document PDF for the Revision.
- Click the “Add Document” button in the top-right corner of the screen to upload a new document to the Revision.
- Click on a document in the Documents table to download it.
- Click the bin icon next to a document in the Documents table to remove it from the Revision.
- Click the “Export” button to export the contents of the Documents table to a comma-separated values (.csv) file.

Introduction
When building out a Quote in SAQ, it is possible to create multiple Revisions (versions) of the same Quote and edit each Revision independently. As each Revision is created, it will appear in the left navigation menu of the Quote Details screen.
Each Revision comes with its own Revision Document screen, where you can manage the external documents attached to that Revision. To reach this screen, navigate to the Quote Details screen of the Quote you’d like to edit. In the left navigation menu, click the down arrow next to the Revision whose documents you’d like to review, then select “Document”.
Revision Document Screen
- Create PDF Button
Click to generate and download a CVA Contract Quote Document PDF for the Revision. Depending on your browser’s settings, you may be prompted to select a download location, or the file may be automatically downloaded to your Downloads folder. - Add Document Button
Click to open the Upload Document(s) window and upload a new document to the Revision. - Documents Table
Contains the list of documents attached to this Revision. Click on a column header to sort the table by the contents of that column. Click and drag the column headers to change the order of the columns. - Document Name
Click on a document’s name to download it. - Remove Document
Click the bin icon next to a document to remove it from the Revision. - Export Button
Click to export the contents of the Documents table (File Name, Description, and Updated On columns) to a comma-separated values (.csv) file.
Upload Document(s)
Click the “Add Document” button in the top-right corner of the Revision Document page to open the Upload Document(s) window. Here you can select a file from your computer to upload to the Revision.
- Upload Area
Drag and drop a file into this area to upload it to the Revision. You can also click on the upload area to select a file. - Remove Attachment
Click the red X next to the name of the uploaded document to remove it and upload a different document. - Description
A short description of the uploaded document. This field is required. - Cancel Button
Click to close the window without saving your changes. - Upload Button
Click to upload the selected document to the Revision.
