ServiceLink Flex: Elapsed Time Labor Entry
The ability to submit Work Order labor using hours (instead of a start time and end time) has been added to ServiceLink Flex!
ServiceLink: Auto-Create Inspection Segment
It is now possible to automatically create an inspection segment for new Tickets created in Texada ServiceLink or the Equipment Monitoring Toolkit!

Depending on your system’s configurations, users may be able to submit labor by start time and end time, by hours worked, or will be able to choose freely between the two with the use of the “Time Input” toggle. |
