ServiceLink Flex: Elapsed Time Labor Entry
The ability to submit Work Order labor using hours (instead of a start time and end time) has been added to ServiceLink Flex!
The options the user sees on the Add Labor screen are determined by three configuration keys:
- SVL Labor FromToTime Enabled: If enabled, users can submit labor by selecting a start time and end time.
- SVL Labor Hours Enabled: If enabled, users can submit labor by entering the number of hours worked.
- SVL Labor TimeSheetHours Default: Determines the default labor entry type.
If both “SVL Labor FromToTime Enabled” and “SVL Labor Hours Enabled” are enabled, a “Time Input” toggle will appear on the Add Labor screen. Use this toggle to switch freely between the two labor entry types.
