ServiceLink: Auto-Create Inspection Segment
It is now possible to automatically create an inspection segment for new Tickets created in Texada ServiceLink or the Equipment Monitoring Toolkit!
The behavior of this feature is controlled via 4 configuration keys in CloudLink Console:
- SVL Ticket Inspect Segment Enabled: If set to “Yes”, a segment will automatically be created for new Tickets. The properties of this segment will depend on the remaining 3 keys.
- SVL Ticket Inspect Segment Default No: The Segment Number of the automatically-created segment.
- SVL Ticket Inspect Segment ComponentCode: The Component Code for the automatically-created segment.
- SVL Ticket Inspect Segment JobCode: The Job Code for the automatically-created segment.
Once SVL Ticket Inspect Segment Enabled is set to “Yes” and the remaining keys have been configured to your liking, all new Tickets created in Texada ServiceLink or the Equipment Monitoring Toolkit will be created with an initial segment with the specified properties.
Use this feature to save time and ensure that required segments are always included on new Tickets!
