Workflow (Service Agreement Quoting)

An overview of the Workflow (Branch) and Workflow (Owner) screens in Service Agreement Quoting.

Quick Reference

  • The Workflow screens in Service Agreement Quoting provide you with a couple different views for understanding the status of the Quotes in your system.
  • To reach the Workflow screens, click the “WorkFlow” button  in the top navigation bar of Service Agreement Quoting, then select “Branch” to view Quotes grouped by Branch, or “Owner” to view them grouped by Owner.
  • Use the filters at the top of the screen to filter the list of Quotes by Year, Month, Branch, and/or Owner.
  • Click on one of the blue numbers under the status columns (Quoted, Open, Submitted, Approved, Won, Lost, No Deal) to view Quotes with that status.

Introduction

The Workflow screens in Service Agreement Quoting provide you with a couple different views for understanding the status of the Quotes in your system. There are two different Workflow screens:

  • Branch: Displays Quotes grouped by Branch.
  • Owner: Displays Quotes grouped by Owner.

To reach the Workflow screens, click the “WorkFlow” button in the top navigation bar of Service Agreement Quoting, then select “Branch” to view the Workflow (Branch) screen, or “Owner” to view the Workflow (Owner) screen.

Workflow (Branch) and Workflow (Owner)

  1. Filters
    Use the drop-downs to filter the Quotes table by Year, Month, Branch, and/or Owner. The table will refresh automatically whenever a new filter is selected. Click the “x” icon next to a selected filter to clear it. 
  2. Set as Default Button
    Click to set the currently-selected filters as the default for this page.
  3. Reset Default Button
    Click to clear the default filter and all currently-selected filters.
  4. Clear Button
    Click to clear all currently-selected filters.
  5. Reset Button
    Click to reset all filters to the current default.
  6. Apply Button
    Click to apply the currently-selected filters. This button will be deprecated in future updates as filters are now automatically applied as soon as they are selected.
  7. Quotes Table
    Contains a summary of the Quotes in the system, grouped either by Branch or by Owner, depending on the version of the Workflow screen you are viewing. Click on a column header to sort the table by that column. Drag and drop the column headers to reorder the columns.
  8. Branch
    On the Workflow (Branch) screen, each row in the Quotes table corresponds to one of the Branches at your organization, and contains information on the Quotes belonging to that Branch. Click on one of the blue numbers under the status columns (Quoted, Open, Submitted, Approved, Won, Lost, No Deal) to view Quotes with that status.
  9. Owner
    On the Workflow (Owner) screen, each row in the Quotes table corresponds to one of your Users, and contains information on the Quotes owned by that User. Click on one of the blue numbers under the status columns (Quoted, Open, Submitted, Approved, Won, Lost, No Deal) to view Quotes with that status.
