Quote Search

An overview of the Quote Search feature in Service Agreement Quoter.

Quick Reference

• The Quote Search feature in Service Agreement Quoter allows you to search the Quotes in your system and quickly jump to a Quote’s details page. To access this feature, click the search icon in the top navigation bar.
• Select a field to search against using the “Search Field” drop-down, then begin typing into the search bar to filter the list of Quotes. 
• Click on a Quote’s Quote No (highlighted in blue) to open its details page.

Introduction

The Quote Search feature in Service Agreement Quoter allows you to search the Quotes in your system and quickly jump to a Quote’s details page. This feature can be accessed from any screen in SAQ by clicking on the search icon in the top navigation bar.

Quote Search

1. Search Bar
   Begin typing into the search bar to filter the list of Quotes by the text entered. This will filter by the field selected under “Search Field” (2).
2. Search Field
   Click on the drop-down to select a field to search against.
3. Search Results
   This table contains a list of the Quotes that match the current search criteria. Click on a column header to sort the table by that column. Drag and drop the column headers to rearrange the columns.
4. Quote
   Click on a Quote’s Quote No (highlighted in blue) to open its details page.
5. Export Button
   Click to export the current search results as a comma-separated values (.csv) file. Depending on your browser’s settings, you may be prompted to select a download location, or it may be automatically downloaded to your Downloads folder.
