Introduction

The following article covers the Quote Log and Customers and Prospects pages in iMACS.

Quote Log

The Quote Log lists all quotes entered into iMACS. To reach this screen, select Quote Log → Quote Log from the top navigation menu.

Choose your data points, type in your search criteria and click Search to find a quote. On this page, you can also Add New Quote, and search for an existing quote to copy through the Copy Quote function.

Customers and Prospects 

The Customers and Prospects link leads to a customer search screen. To reach this screen, select Quote Log → Customers and Prospects from the top navigation menu. 

Prospect customers are potential customers that have not yet been added to DBS. They are easily identifiable in the system, as they have an account number with a leading ‘$’.

Clicking on the blue Customer Number link will take you to the Customer Information page. From this page, you can edit or delete the customer, edit the division details and add/edit an influencer.  All the DBS customer information is downloaded nightly and any edits will be sent to the SalesLink gatekeeper as a Request.  If the customer is a Prospect, all changes will occur immediately.
