Signing a document with the customer present
The following documents can be signed by customers physically present to the Texada operator:
- Contract Summary and Totals (Texada Web and SRM)
- Reservation Summary and Totals (Currently only in SRM)
- Rental Quote Summary and Totals (Currently only in SRM)
- From one of the above 3 screens, click the "eSign" Button
- You will be presented with the option to have the customer sign on a tablet or phone by choosing the first option. Hand the device to the customer.

- The customer will be prompted to sign
- Either using text or signing using a stylist or finger.
- Once an email signature request has been initiated for a document, the "eSign" button will appear as disabled for that specific document. This indicates that a request has already been sent.
