Service Agreement Quoting: Event Visibility
The “Event” column in the Event List table when viewing a product in Service Agreement Quoting has been updated to display the FR Exchange name. This addition makes it possible to easily select the FR Exchange that applies to the quoted equipment.
Event Column
To see the Event column, log in to Service Agreement Quoting and open a quote, then select a product in the left navigation menu and expand the “Event List” panel. The Event column can be found to the right of the Category column when both viewing and editing events.
Click on an event’s name in the Event column to view its details.
