CloudLink API Center

  • Added CreatedDate field into “CampaignTargetCustomers” and “CampaignTargetEquipment” API.
 

Condition Monitoring Portal

  • Enhanced the CMP application to make the machine image set up in the family group show properly in the map.
  • Enhanced CMP to accurately display data by Level in the Electronic Data summary page drill down.
  • Enhanced CMP groups to retain serial number list when changing the group between Mine and Global.

Equipment Monitoring Toolkit

  • Enhanced EMT to remove Resolved contracts from the Contracts Ready to Expire list once the Submit button is clicked.
  • Optimized the EMT Active New Events and Next Pending Events reports to resolve a timing outs issue.

Gatekeeper

  • Re-enabled showing model image in Quote Editor once user changes the source for the Quote.
 

iQuote

  • Re-enabled showing Model Config in the Left menu to designated Roles only. Admin will be able to manage visibility of Model Config by using Admin Left Menu Visibility Settings Page.
  • Re-enabled showing model image in Quote Editor once user changes the source for the Quote.

Parts and Service Quoter

  • Optimized the PSQ Parts Repricing by refreshing only the selected Segment/Operations instead of all.
  • Properly showing the Operation Fields as mandatory with a red asterisk.

SalesLink

  • When running a 12 month back activity percentage report, all 12 months of data will accurately be returned.
 

ServiceLink

NEW FEATURE
CAT INTERACT INTEGRATION IN SERVICELINK

The Communications Queue in ServiceLink is now integrated with CAT Interact to enhance communication when providing updates concerning work orders.

  • Users will now receive an error message when more than 250 parts are attempted to be ordered on one requisition in ServiceLink.
