Condition Monitoring Portal: CC on Lead Creation

Condition Monitoring Portal - Create New Lead

When creating a new lead in the Condition Monitoring Portal in Texada CloudLink, you now have the option of adding a CC User to the lead. This allows the CC User to act on the lead in situations where the assigned User is unavailable.

ServiceLink: Dropbox Location by Latitude and Longitude

ServiceLink - Dropbox Lookup by Address 2 SHADOW-1

ServiceLink’s Dropbox feature has been updated with improved support for coordinate-based dropbox locations. Use this feature to make it even easier for your field workers to locate dropboxes, no matter the size or location of the work site.

Made the following UI Adjustments in the Table Header: 

  • Reduced vertical cell padding in the top section of the table header
  • Wrapped “New Deals” text
  • Wrapped “Credit Released” text
  • Changed the wrapping rules of the “Shipped But Not Complete” column.
  • Reduced all vertical cell padding

Made the following UI Adjustments in the Workspace Window items:

  • Aligned the Title bar and reduced vertical padding
  • Aligned the Filter buttons and text and reduce vertical padding
  • Aligned the Summary text and reduced vertical padding
  • Aligned the Export button and reduced vertical padding

The Pending Deal Report will load properly with or without filters selected.

The workflow report column headers have updated tool tips which now display the full role name instead of the abbreviation, providing clarity to users.
