You may have recently received an invitation to set a password for our new Customer Ticket Portal. This invitation was sent out to anyone who's interacted with our existing ticketing portal.
Ticket Portal
Our new portal was designed with your feedback to help streamline the ticket experience and enhance the support you receive; our new ticket portal is an intuitive platform that will make it easier than ever to view, interact and filter your requests, track progress, and find the answers you need. We can’t wait for you to explore all its features!
- Multiselect filtering to allow you to filter by every field in the list, allowing you to slice and dice ticket data to meet your needs
- Ability to dynamically close tickets in each Ticket Detail page
