RESOLVED: Texada Web instability
Texada Web experienced instability causing some users to be unable to login and others to be unable to see all features once logged in.
Issue Timeline:
Just after 10:30am Eastern on May 13th Texada Web began experiencing instability with customers reporting inability to log in
The issue subsided just before 11:00am Eastern on May 13th
The issue reoccurred at 11:30am Eastern
Services were restarted on the affected server, resolving the issue at 11:50am Eastern
Current Update
Texada's Rental Engineering team and CloudOps teams have concluded that this issue was limited to a subset of our customers, it was caused by an API issue that was found and fixed.
