ISSUE: Viewing PDF attachment in opportunity or activity

Saleslink Users are receiving a "Forbidden Error" when trying to open an attachment from a Opportunity or an Activity

Issue Timeline:

As of 10:00 am est. we received reports of users experiencing issues opening attachments in Saleslink.  

As of noon est. Texada's Engineering team and CloudOps teams are continuing to investigate
