Handle Mobile App Connectivity Issue and Upcoming Fix
Handle Mobile app showing: "A server with the specified host name could not be found."
What We're Doing
We’ve identified the root cause and have already submitted a fixed version of the app to the App Store. This version sets the correct server URL by default and is currently undergoing Apple’s mandatory review. It is expected to be available by Friday or Saturday.
Temporary Workaround
While we await the new release, users can resolve this issue manually by following these steps:
-
Ensure you’ve downloaded the latest version of the mobile app.
-
On the login screen, tap the Settings button.
-
In the server URL field, enter:
https://handlecrm.com/
This will restore connectivity and allow continued access to the app. The upcoming release will apply this URL automatically for all users.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this. This advisory will be updated as soon as the fixed version becomes available in the App Store.
