New Self-Service for Sales and Service CE applications

We're on a mission to give you more control, and we're excited to share some of the self-service updates we've already delivered this year.

Here's a look at the tasks that previously required our back-end teams involvement that we’ve simplified for you:

  • Username and Email Changes: Our new Texada Identity Service now lets you quickly update usernames and their email addresses yourself.
  • Simplified CloudLink Console Admin Access: For customers with our Service applications, Model Admin or Inventory, CloudLink Console Admin access can now be assigned directly by our Customer Support team, which means faster turnaround for your requests.
  • iQuote Warranty Term Updates: Our support team can now quickly add, remove, or update iQuote Warranty Terms, removing the need for escalation.
  • Model Admin - Moving Models: We've enabled the ability to move models between different areas in the system, streamlining a previously complex process.
  • Quickly add PSQ Charge Codes and ServiceLink Job Control Codes: While this still requires a Texada Support ticket, our Support team can now add these, reducing the time required to turn these requests around.
  • Displaying Release Versions in Mobile: SVL Flex and SL Flex now show the release version, making it easy to confirm that you have the latest functionality outlined in our Release Notes.

Upcoming Self Service Enhancements

We're already working on the next set of self-service improvements:

  • COTI Notification Management: Later this year you will be able to update who receives existing COTI notifications.
  • Branch Management: We're building a feature that will let you add, update, or remove branches on your own.

Update around ETL data mapping changes

We're also taking this opportunity to clarify an important distinction in our services. While we're here to help with many aspects of our products, changes to ETL (the data mapping of fields from our products to your ERP system) are handled through technical service projects and are not included in our standard support services. We're always happy to provide a quote for any changes you may need.
