To serve you better, we’ve organized support request types more clearly, helping you get faster, more accurate help. You’ll also find:
- Ask a Question - New form for simple questions with less fields to specify
- Product Idea - Easy access to our Ideas portals to see existing ideas and add your own
- Make a Config Request - We have restructured our Technical Services team, adding capacity. These new forms provide better context to know what to expect and help us better route your request
- Report an Issue - for when our systems are not working as expected
🎟️ New Ticket Process for Handle Customers
To benefit from the above improvements to our Ticket Form, we are asking our Handle customers to use these forms on our Customer Center to submit tickets to us. New emails sent to handlesupport@texadasoftware.com that aren't linked to existing tickets will no longer create a ticket. Instead, you'll receive instructions to use the Customer Center for new submissions.
Did you know? 72% of Handle tickets require follow-up for more detail. Submitting through the Customer Center helps us get the right info upfront — so we can help you faster.
