Texada Ideas Portal

Texada uses Idea Portals to allow customers to share ideas they have to improve our products and vote on each others' ideas to signal to us which ones are most requested. These ideas will be reviewed and considered for our Product roadmap.

For products including SalesLink, ServiceLink, iQuote, COTI, PSQ and more.

For products including Systematic Rental management (SRM), Texada Web, Texada Pay, Texada Mobile and more.

For CustomerTraxx customers using our Handle software, our Ideas Potal is planned to launch later on in 2024.

Status	Definition
Needs review	This idea has been submitted, and fellow customers can vote and comment on the idea. It has not yet been reviewed by Texada's Product Team.
Needs clarification	The idea needs more clarification on the problem to be solved, or the benefits our users would gain from implementing it. If you created or voted on the idea please answer the questions from the Texada product team.
Needs more votes	This idea has been submitted, and fellow customers can vote and comment on the idea. It has been reviewed by the Product Team, and if customer votes are great enough, it may be added to the product roadmap.
Already exists	Great news! This idea already exists in our product and is available now. More details on how to turn this on can be found in the comments.
Will not implement	Unfortunately this idea doesn’t align with the current strategic priorities, and is not able to be accommodated at this time.
Planned	This idea has been promoted to the Product roadmap. Stay tuned for updates - as it is delivered, the status will change to Shipped.
