Describes the different electronic signature (eSignature) statuses in Texada Web and how to check the eSignature status.

Use signature statuses to quickly understand which point in the electronic signature (eSignature) workflow your contracts are currently in.
Navigate to Contracts > List
And check eSignature status under the eSignature column
Use the following table to help you understand the different signature statuses:
Status | Description |
None |
The contract has no signature history |
Sent |
The contract has been sent by email to the customer for signature |
Signed |
The contract has been signed by the customer |
