Enhancement |
The relationship between child customer accounts and parent customer accounts in SRM is now reflected in the GateWay administration panel. Users with access to a parent company's account will now automatically gain access to the data of all child companies, including seeing the transactions of child companies in the Rentals and Invoices tables. As per GW-1371, new columns have been added to these tables to make tracking data between parent and child companies easier. |

The functionality of the Billing Inquiries screen has been updated to reflect the new child/parent changes described in GW-1355. Parent accounts will now be able to see any billing inquiries submitted by their child accounts. |

An Advanced Search feature has been added to the Rentals and Invoices pages in the GateWay Customer Portal. Clicking this button will allow you to enter search terms for individual columns, making it easier to locate a specific rental or invoice. |
