      Context

      Email a work order as a PDF attachment from within Texada Web when you need to invoice a customer who requires an electronic copy of the invoice. 

      Note: You must enable the company email service in Texada Web to use this functionality. See: “Enable the Company Email Service in Texada Web” for more information.

      Before You Begin

      Required: Internet connection; valid Texada Web login credentials and access permissions; existing invoice; and existing work order, company email service enabled, existing email address

      Optional: Mobile device with an internet connection

      Steps

      To email a work order invoice as a PDF, do the following:

      1. In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Invoices > Invoice List
        The list of work order invoices opens
      2. Click the work order invoice you need to print
        The INVOICE page opens
      3. Scroll to the bottom of the invoice and click Email
        The Email PDF pop-up opens
      4. Type the email address of the intended recipient in the Enter recipient Email field
      5. Click Send
        The work order invoice is emailed to the specified email address
