Use divisions in your business to segment out the different financial parts of the organization. Using the Texada Software platform enables you to gain insights into the performance and profitability of those divisions.


You can view and customize a list of the divisions in your company to keep them organized and to only display the divisional information that is relevant to your business.

Note: Divisions are created and managed in your SRM (Systematic Rental Management) application. 


You can display the following types of division information in the list:

Column Name Description
Srm uid The SRM user ID number associated with the division

The name of the division

Division If the value is true, then the list item is a division only
Location If the value is true, then the list item is a location
Add unavailable product in contract If the value is true, then you can add products with a quantity greater than your available quantity to contracts in that division

Required: Internet connection; valid Texada Web administrator credentials and access permissions; existing division

Optional: Mobile device with an internet connection



View the list of divisions

  1. In the Texada Web dashboard, navigate to the user profile > Settings > Division Setting tab
    The list of divisions opens
