Windows XP support
As Microsoft has discontinued support for Windows XP, we can no longer recommend it as a platform for the SRM application.
While it may be possible for you to install the SRM client and connect to the server using a Windows XP workstation, we cannot provide any guarantee of functionality or provide support for any issues encountered.
While it is possible to use an older version of the client to continue to access the server, using the older client will not provide access to the newer functions. It is strongly recommended you update all eligible workstations to the latest client as soon as possible.
