Menu options missing. Fields are greyed out
If you find that you do not see menu options that are available to other users or that some field options or buttons are visible but greyed out, the most probable cause is that your security role has been set to not display all menu options. In the case of greyed out fields, this means that your security role does not have the appropriate permissions.
Texada Support staff are not permitted to modify these settings. An administrator within your organization has to change these settings.
