At Texada, the well-being of our customers, our team, and the communities we serve is our top concern. In light of the impact surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus), we want to make sure you have the information you need to make informed business decisions in the weeks to come.
At this time, Texada representatives will remain available to assist you through our usual channels. Including our customer support line, which is available 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM EST by calling 1 (800) 361 - 1233 or by emailing support@texadasoftware.com.
Texada representatives in the Asia Pacific region will also remain available to assist you through our usual channels. Including our customer, local support line, which is available 7:00 AM to 5 PM AEST by calling 1800 304 926 or by emailing asiasupport@texadasoftware.com.
As a precaution, we are temporarily restricting our business travel and on-site visits. We ask for your co-operation as scheduled in-person meetings, training sessions, or projects may be conducted remotely or postponed if required.

Accessing the Texada Platform Remotely
As COVID-19 continues, the ability to flexibly access and complete work in a variety of locations is more important than ever.
All Texada Platform solutions are hosted through a globally accessible data center and are accessible anywhere with an internet-connected device.
As a reminder, each Texada client is provided a unique access URL for company operations, that is validated using user access security and encryption to secure company data. This allows you to quickly transition to working remotely from home or on the road.
