Use ticket statuses to quickly understand what point in the workflow your tickets are currently in. The statuses apply to all types of tickets in FleetLogic. Use the following table to help you understand the different ticket statuses:
Status | Description |
Created |
A ticket has been created to transport a piece of equipment from one location to another |
Assigned |
The ticket is assigned to a driver |
Loading |
Equipment is being loaded on the transport vehicle |
In Progress |
The piece of equipment is en route to the customer’s address or your yard |
Unloading |
Equipment is being unloaded from the transport vehicle |
Completed |
The driver has successfully transported the piece of equipment |
Closed |
The ticket is closed in SRM or FleetLogic. Notes:
