Body

Use ticket statuses to quickly understand what point in the workflow your tickets are currently in. The statuses apply to all types of tickets in FleetLogic. Use the following table to help you understand the different ticket statuses: 

Status Description

Created

A ticket has been created to transport a piece of equipment from one location to another

Assigned

 

The ticket is assigned to a driver

Loading

Equipment is being loaded on the transport vehicle

In Progress

The piece of equipment is en route to the customer’s address or your yard

Unloading

Equipment is being unloaded from the transport vehicle

Completed

The driver has successfully transported the piece of equipment

Closed

The ticket is closed in SRM or FleetLogic.


Notes

  • If the ticket is a delivery ticket, the customer is billed for the delivery
  • If the ticket is a pickup ticket, the customer billing is ended
  • Transport tickets do not enter SRM and are not billed
