Set the work order posting type to determine what occurs in SRM (Systematic Rental Management) when the work order’s status is changed to Closed.
Note: You can change the work order posting type for a work order at any time, except if the ticket is in Closed status.
Use the following table to determine what posting type you should use:

A repair was carried out on customer-owned equipment |
