Context

Add a service to a work order when you need to charge a customer for work that was indirectly related to the work on the work order.  For example, your company might charge for the fuel required to travel to a work site.

Note: Services are set up by your company in your SRM (Systematic Rental Management) application. 

Before You Begin

Required: Mobile device with internet connection and mobile application installed, valid FleetLogic account, valid login credentials and access permissions, existing work order with the Assigned, In Progress, or Paused status, existing service

Steps

To add a service to a work order, do the following:

  1. In the FleetLogic mobile application dashboard, tap Work Orders
    The list of work orders that are assigned to you opens
  2. Locate and tap the work order you need to add a service to
    The work order details page opens
  3. In the Services section, tap Add Service
    The add services page opens
  4. Optional: Type a keyword(s) in the Search services field, such as the name of a service to narrow the list of services 
  5. Tap the service you need to add
    The quantity page opens
  6. Do any of the following:
    1. Tap the number field and then type the quantity associated with the service in the field
    2. Tap + to increase the quantity of the service in increments of 1
    3. Tap - to decrease the quantity of the service in increments of 1
  7. Tap Save
    The service is added to the work order
    The add services page opens
    Note: You can add as many services as you need to the work order
