Context

As you complete a work order job, it is recommended that you fill out the work order details.  For example, if you need to use oil while performing regular maintenance on a piece of equipment, you can use the FleetLogic mobile app to access the work order and document the oil you used by adding the part to the work order.  The app enables you to update the work order as you go.

When working on a work order, you can add/complete/update the following information:

  • Comments
  • Photos
  • Services
  • Billable labor hours
  • Parts
  • Inspection forms

Note: Many of these functions have complex steps associated with them.  In these cases, this article links to the specific articles on those functions.
