Use the search and filter functionality in Texada Web to quickly locate the work order you need. You can customize the list of work orders to only display the information that is relevant to you and your business.

Before You Begin

Required: Internet connection, valid Texada Web login credentials and access permissions, existing work orders

Optional: Mobile device with an internet connection

 

Steps

Search for a work order

  1. In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Work Orders > List
    The list of existing work orders opens

  2. Type the search term you need to use to locate your work order, such as the work order number or destination address, in the Search field
    The list of existing work orders is then narrowed to reflect your search terms

 

Filter the list of work orders by division or location

  1. In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Work Orders > List
    The list of existing work orders opens

  2. Click the Filter by Division/Location drop-down
    A list of existing divisions and locations opens

  3. Do one of the following:
    1. Type information about the division or location in the Filter by Division/Location field
      The list of divisions or locations is narrowed to reflect your search terms
    2. Click the division or location you need to filter the list by

      2. Do the following:
The list of work orders is filtered to only include the division(s) or location(s) you selected

 

 

Filter the list of work orders by a technician

  1. In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Work Orders > List
    The list of existing work orders opens
  2. Click the Filter by Technician drop-down
    A list of existing technicians opens

  3. Do one of the following:
    1. Type the technician's name in the Filter by Technician field
      The list of technicians is narrowed to reflect your search terms
    2. Do the following:
      1. Type the technician's name in the Filter by Technician field
        The list of technicians is narrowed to reflect your search terms
      2. Click the technician you need to filter the list by

The list of work orders is filtered to only include the technician(s) you selected
