- Search the list of work orders by keyword
- Scan an asset to find a related work order
- Use the map to locate a work order
Context
As your list of work orders grows, you can use the search functionality to narrow the list of work orders to only include the orders you need to view. For example, if you are at your yard, and notice that a piece of equipment is not functioning, you can search to see if there is a work order created for that asset.
You have a number of search options available to you:
- You can search for a work order by keyword, such as the work order number, asset name, or customer name.
- If you have the piece of equipment you need to service in front of you, you can scan the asset’s barcode or QR code to locate the work order.
- You can use the map functionality to visually locate the work order on a map using Google maps. This function is useful when attempting to locate the next closest work order in your area.
