Context
Search the list of requested parts when you have obtained a requested part and need to notify the technician that the request is completed.
As the list of requested parts increases in size, use the search and filter functionality to quickly locate the requested part you need.
You can customize the list of requested parts to only display the information that is relevant to you and your business.

Before You Begin
Required: Internet connection; valid Texada Web login credentials and access permissions; existing part; existing requested part; an existing technician
Optional: Mobile device with an Internet connection
Steps
Search the list of requested parts
- In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Inventory > Requested Parts
The list of requested parts opens in the main area - Type a search term in the Search field, such as the part number or work location
The list of requested parts narrows to reflect your search terms
Filter the list of requested parts by location
- In the Texada Web menu bar, navigate to Inventory > Requested Parts
The list of requested parts opens in the main area
Use the Filter by Location drop-down to select a location
The list of requested parts narrows to only include parts requests related to that location
Note: the list of locations is controlled in SRM
