Context

As your assets age and the work order history list grows for each one, you can search the list to quickly find the work order history you need. You can customize this list to only show the information that is relevant to your business, such as the date of the work history or the technician that completed the ticket.

Before You Begin

Required: Internet connection, valid FleetLogic login credentials and access permissions, existing asset

Optional: Mobile device with an internet connection

 

Steps

Search the work order history of an asset

  1. In the FleetLogic menu bar, navigate to Inventory > Assets
    The list of existing assets opens
  2. Click the asset that you need to view the work order history for
    The asset information page opens in the main area
  3. Click the Work Order History tab
    The list of the work orders associated with this asset opens
  4. Type a search term in the Search field, such as the work order number
    The list of existing work orders is narrowed to reflect your search terms

 

Filter the work order history of an asset by a technician

  1. In the FleetLogic menu bar, navigate to Inventory > Assets
    The list of existing assets opens
  2. Click the asset that you need to view the work order history for
    The asset information page opens in the main area
  3. Click the Work Order History tab
    The list of the work orders associated with this asset opens
  4. Use the Filter by technician drop-down to select a technician
    The list of work orders displays all work orders the technician has worked on, specific to this asset

Filter the work order history of an asset by division or location

  1. In the FleetLogic menu bar, navigate to Inventory > Assets
    The list of existing assets opens
  2. Click the asset that you need to view the work order history for
    The asset information page opens in the main area

  3. Click the Work Order History tab
    The list of the work orders associated with this asset opens
  4. Use the Division/Location drop-down to select a division or location
    The list of work orders displays all work orders in the selected division or location, specific to this asset
