Context

You can use Texada Mobile’s map functionality to visually locate your work orders and see which orders are close by that you can get to next.  This enables you to complete the maximum number of possible work orders in a day. 

Before You Begin

Required: Mobile device with internet connection and Texada Mobile installed, valid Texada Mobile account, valid login credentials and access permissions, existing work order, existing work site

Steps

To search the map for a work site, do the following:

  1. In the Texada Mobile dashboard, tap Work Orders FLMAWorkOrdersMap1
    The list of work orders that are assigned to you opens

  2. Tap mapFLMAWorkOrdersMap3
    The map page opens and displays the locations of any tickets that are assigned to you

  3. Optional: If you need to view the details of a work order, do the following:
    1. Tap a pin on the map

    2. Tap the work order number that opens above the pin
      The details page for that work order opens

  4. Optional: To see a list of unassigned work orders, tap the Open tab

  5. Optional: Tap list FLMAWorkOrdersMap8to return to the list view at any time
