Use the Map to Search for a Work Site in the FleetLogic Mobile Application

Describes how to use the map functionality to locate a work site while working on a work order in the FleetLogic mobile application.

You can use the mobile application’s map functionality to visually locate your work orders and see which orders are close by that you can get to next.  This enables you to complete the maximium number of possible work orders in a day. 

Before You Begin

Required: Mobile device with internet connection and mobile application installed, valid FleetLogic account, valid login credentials and access permissions, existing work order, existing work site


To search the map for a work site, do the following:

  1. In the FleetLogic mobile application dashboard, tap Work Orders
    The list of work orders that are assigned to you opens
  2. Tap map
    The map page opens and displays the locations of any tickets that are assigned to you
  3. Optional: If you need to view the details of a work order, do the following:
    1. Tap a pin on the map
    2. Tap the work order number that opens above the pin
      The details page for that work order opens
  4. Optional: To see a list of unassigned work orders, tap the Open tab
  5. Optional: Tap list to return to the list view at any time
